We do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been shipped.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if the tracking number has NOT been issued.
Once a tracking number has been sent, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered if:
