Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order only if the tracking number has NOT been issued.

Once a tracking number has been sent, the order is considered shipped and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

• Change of mind

• Wrong size ordered

• Delayed delivery caused by the courier

• Normal wear over time

 Faulty or Damaged Items

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be considered if:

• The item arrives with visible wear and tear, such as rips, tears, or manufacturing defects

• You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Clear photo/video evidence is provided

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
